Special Circumstances: Repayments, Remissions and Re-credits

Students who are not satisfied with the outcome of their Special Circumstances repayment, remission and re-credit, can request a review.

An application may be made to the Executive Director, Student Operations within 28 calendar days of receipt of notification from the Director, Student Administration.

To establish that special circumstances apply, students need to provide independent supporting documentation to back their claims.
