If you missed a compulsory graded component of your course during the current semester due to medical reasons or another reason please fill out the ‘Missed a compulsory component’ form below.

Note that for practicals, you will need to do a catch-up practical. You will be contacted after submitting this form to work out the date and time. Other components may also need catch-ups to be done.

If you have missed a compulsory graded component such as a practical, workshop or tutorial, complete and submit this form.

The application will be sent to your course coordinator for approval.
