Greenscreen Studio Access Request

Students enrolled in MDIA 2336 - Stories on Screen who would like access to the Greenscreen Studio located on Level 6 of the Schulz Building, must complete the student declaration below.

If you are in doubt as to whether you may require the room access, we encourage you to complete the request.

Applications must be completed by 12 noon, Friday, 13th September 2024. Students will be notified once the access has been granted.

I agree to use the room facilities, including equipment and furniture, in a responsible and respectful manner. This includes ensuring that all equipment is used according to its intended purpose, and that the room is left in a clean and orderly condition.

I agree that bulkhead lights are not to be repositioned, and no equipment, including camera SD cards, should be removed from the room.

I agree that if there is any damage to the room or any malfunctioning equipment, it is my responsibility to report it immediately to Ethan Schoemaker to help ensure that any issues are promptly addressed and to maintain the quality of our resources.

I agree that, if I cause, or allow others to cause, damage to the equipment or the room facilities that I may be held liable for the cost of repairs or replacement.

I understand that the room is always under video surveillance and that CCTV footage can be used to investigate reported issues.

I understand that I am subject to the University’s policies and procedures and a failure to meet expected standards of behaviour may constitute Student Misconduct and penalties may be applied.
