Small Animal Imaging and X-Rays

Basic and advanced diagnostic imaging services are available at the Roseworthy Veterinary Hospital to assist in the detection and exploration of internal problems in small animals.

Cat x-ray

Our Roseworthy Veterinary Hospital has access to specialist radiologists and radiographers who will confidently interpret images and provide advice to facilitate the best outcome for your dog, cat or other small animal. Most imaging of your pet can be completed within the one day. If further work is required, your pet may require an extended stay.

  • CT  (Computed Tomography) - for three dimensional detailed images.
  • Access to MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) for detailed images of organs including the brain.

To compliment these services, we also use endoscopes and gastroscopes as diagnostic tools.
