Join us for a series of short, informative presentations covering everything you need to know about human performance degrees at Adelaide University. Find out how SASI facilities enhance student learning and get all your questions answered.  

Open facilities

Discover specialist teaching spaces and high-performance biomechanics and exercise physiology laboratories, as well as an environmental chamber, providing our students with hands-on learning opportunities in an elite sporting environment.

If you're looking to study a degree taught at our Mile End Sport Science Hub, come along to familiarise yourself with the hub, learn more about your degree and visit the dynamic industry-standard facilities you'll study in. You can attend presentations, connect with future teachers and get individual application support.

The Mile End Sport Science Hub is located on Level 2 of the South Australian Institute of Sport (SASI) building at 145B Railway Terrace, Mile End.

Just a few kilometres from the city, this sports lover's paradise is surrounded by some of the State’s premier sporting facilities, including the SA Athletics Stadium and Netball SA Stadium, home of the Adelaide Thunderbirds.  

Of course – it’s important to us that everyone can enjoy Open Day. 

Being on Level 2, the Hub is accessible via lifts and the whole level is accessible and includes wheelchair accessible toilets.

The car park has accessible parking bays.

The Mile End Sport Science Hub can be easily accessed by train arriving at the nearby Mile End Train Station (600m). Buses may also be a suitable option. Visit Adelaide Metro to plan your trip.
