If the University decides not to amend the record, you have the right to request an internal review or appeal.

If an amendment cannot be made

In the event of the University deciding not to amend the information, you may request that a notation be added to the existing record. This notation can outline your belief that the information is correct, and reasons why, as well as the correct or updated information that you wish to provide.
