The event was the third in the In Conversation With series, which features global speakers and attendees.

The night began with a welcome by Professor Jacqueline Lo, Pro Vice-Chancellor (International) of the University of Adelaide.

The panellists took to the stage to discuss women's leadership. Facilitated by Professor Lo, the panel discussion consisted of:

The diverse panel of speakers shared the challenges they face in both the private and higher education sectors, referencing their own experiences from the perspectives of female leaders, an aspiring leader, and a male champion. Opening to questions from the floor, the panel also discussed ways that gender equality can appropriately be addressed and achieved by the University of Adelaide.

Following the panel discussion, Ms Louise Mitchell, Acting Director of Wirltu Yarlu at the University of Adelaide, provided closing remarks, concluding the successful event.
