Vice-Chancellor and PVCI meet with Australia's High Commissioner to India

Together with Professor Peter Høj AC, Vice-Chancellor and President of the University of Adelaide, the Pro Vice-Chancellor (International) was pleased to meet recently with the Hon Barry O’Farrell AO, Australia’s High Commissioner to India.

The meeting was also attended by:

  • Ms Elizabeth Kerrish, Counsellor/Chief Migration Officer, Home Affairs
  • Ms Monica Kennedy, Senior Trade and Investment Commissioner, Austrade
  • Mr Brett Galt-Smith, Counsellor (Education and Research), Department of Education, Skills and Employment (DESE)

Discussions centred around the University of Adelaide's Indian engagement and strategy, and the recruitment and welfare of our Indian students.

We look forward to further developing our partnerships with India.
