24 University of Adelaide students attend Camp Adelaide event in Hong Kong SAR
On Saturday 16 October, StudyAdelaide held a successful Camp Adelaide event in Hong Kong SAR. 24 University of Adelaide students attended, with 5 University of Adelaide students joining the event as student representatives to facilitate activities.
Karyn Kent, Chief Executive of Study Adelaide, said “Today is a great example of the type of support we offer students. It is all about connecting and we are delighted that you can start connecting with your fellow Adelaide students in Hong Kong.”
A total of 90 students from across South Australia attended the second Camp Adelaide event for the year. Camp Adelaide is a series of events designed to build connections among students who are studying remotely with Adelaide’s education providers through the COVID-19 pandemic. Future Camp Adelaide events will be held next in Vietnam and beyond.
The event was supported by 11 South Australian education institutions, the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), and the Department for Trade and Investment.
