Announcing the Winners of the IPAS Student Research Event 2025

The IPAS Student Research Event is an annual celebration of the outstanding research conducted by students at IPAS. This year, a record 15 students from 11 research groups participated, presenting their 2024 research in engaging three-minute talks.
Professor Andre Luiten opened the event with a warm welcome, setting the stage for an afternoon of impressive presentations. Dion Turner took on the role of host, guiding the proceedings with enthusiasm. A panel of judges carefully evaluated each presentation, while the audience played an active role in supporting the speakers and casting their votes for the People’s Choice award.
During the IPAS 2025 Showcase, Interim Director Mark Hutchinson presented the awards to the winners:
