Adelaide University Village has been intentionally designed to cater for a wide range of student needs, with several living options available.
Fully furnished and warmly decorated five-bedroom townhouses or four-bedroom apartments are available, complete with generous common living spaces and functional bedrooms. The spacious common kitchens are shared with housemates, and include a large fridge, electric cooktop and oven, as well as small appliances like a toaster and kettle.
Choose between a private bedroom with its own bathroom, or a shared bathroom with one other student of the same gender.

2027 accommodation fees
The accommodation fees listed below are for a full year agreement and represent a cost per person.
Fees include the cost of all utilities (unlimited wireless internet, water, gas and electricity) and are paid to the University in two instalments over the course of the year.
Townhouse
- A bedroom with private bathroom*: AUD $21,840
- A bedroom with shared bathroom*: AUD $19,760
Apartment
- A bedroom with Shared bathroom*: AUD $19,760
* A refundable security deposit of AUD $500 is required. All refunds are subject to the terms and conditions outlined on the Accommodation Portal.
*Bathrooms are shared between two occupants of the same gender. Fees listed represent the annual cost (52 weeks) of an accommodation place at Adelaide University Village in 2027.
