Mattanya comprises a group of four university-owned residences in North Adelaide. It is situated a fifteen-minute walk from our city campuses, and is close to the trendy Melbourne Street café and restaurant precinct.

Room features

When you secure a place at Mattanya Student Residences, you'll be allocated a fully-furnished bedroom within a four- or five-bedroom house. You'll share a bathroom and common living areas with other Adelaide University students. Each house features fully equipped shared kitchen facilities—complete with a refrigerator/freezer, gas cooktop, oven, and microwave—as well as air-conditioned living areas with a dining table, chairs, and lounges, plus a washing machine and dryer.

2027 accommodation fees

The accommodation fees listed below are for a full year agreement and represent a cost per person. Fees include the cost of all utilities (unlimited wireless internet, water, gas and electricity) and are paid to the University in two instalments over the course of the year.

4–5 Bedroom Shared House 

  • A bedroom with shared bathroom: AUD $16,640

 

* A refundable security deposit of AUD $500 is required.  All refunds are subject to the terms and conditions outlined on the Accommodation Portal.

* Fees listed represent the full 2027 calendar year cost (52 weeks) of an accommodation place at Mattanya Student Residence.
