Anna Zagala is Associate Curator, Academic and Engagement delivering the SASA Gallery program in the College of Art, Design, Architecture and Humanities in 2026. 

Anna has worked in galleries and museums across Australia including The Museum of Sydney, the National Film and Sound Archive, the National Gallery of Australia, The Dax Centre, and Monash University Museum of Art (MUMA). She has worked as a curator at Samstag Museum of Art since 2019. Anna hosts Samstag's ON ART podcast series that brings artists, perspectives and conversations that elaborate on exhibition themes and the experiences of Samstag Scholars. She works closely with graduate research students, mentors the Helpmann Academy emerging project curator and academics.
