I am a Senior Lecturer in Information Management at the School of Computer Science and IT, College of Engineering and IT.  I teach library and information management courses online to postgraduate students seeking a graduate certificate, graduate diploma or master's in information management. I teach Information Management Foundations, Information Management Professional Practice, Readers' Advisory and Collections, IM Masters Research Project, and Masters Research Theory and Practice. I have been with the university for 14 years. My research interests include web evaluation of public libraries, management and administration, genre fiction, and online student experience. I am the current Treasurer of the Australian Society of Archivists.
