Prior to joining Adelaide University, Natalie served as a Team Leader in Student Finance and Enrolment at the University of South Australia. In this role, she led operational teams managing high-volume student enquiries and financial processes, playing a key role in improving service delivery and workflow efficiency. She was instrumental in the implementation of Oracle CRM systems, transitioning from paper-based processes to integrated digital workflows. She also managed and oversaw hundreds of complex student cases annually, ensuring compliance with higher education legislation and supporting strong audit and quality outcomes.

Her professional approach is complemented by a strong interest in cross-cultural engagement, shaped by her experience studying internationally in France, Japan, and the United States. This global perspective underpins her commitment to inclusive, accessible, and supportive student services.Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Australian National University, majoring in Anthropology, Law, and Japanese, as well as a Business Management Certificate from the Australian Institute of Management.
