Sinead
She/Her
Psychologist
Sinead values bringing warmth
and authenticity into conversations, supporting people to connect with what
matters to them while navigating challenges.
Sinead has provided wellbeing
and mental health support across many settings including schools, youth mental
health services and working with adults in EAP counselling and private practice
settings.
Sinead’s approach centres
around openness and curiosity, with a focus on supporting students to explore
mental health and personal difficulties in a safe and collaborative way. Sinead
utilises an eclectic approach, drawing on evidence based modalities such as
Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye
Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
(DBT) and mindfulness. Her aim is for students to feel supported and equipped
with tools that fit their unique needs. Sessions with Sinead are
available on Wednesdays.
