McMillan Scholarships
The McMillan Scholarships, established by the McMillan Gift, aim to commemorate the legacy of Raymond McMillan, a distinguished alumnus of the University of Adelaide. These scholarships serve as a tribute to Raymond's remarkable contributions and provide opportunities for South Australian students to pursue higher education at the University of Adelaide. The scholarships are designed to support and retain top talent within the state, echoing Raymond's own journey from scholarship recipient to successful graduate in Civil Engineering.
Raymond McMillan Civil Engineering Scholarship
Valued at $15,000 per annum for five years plus $5,000 in year one, awarded based on financial need, with a preference for SA students. Only available to commencing students, one new scholarship is awarded each year.
Raymond McMillan Civil Engineering High Achiever Scholarship
valued at $25,000 per annum for up to 4.5 years, awarded based on academic merit, financial need, and with a preference for supporting SA students. Available to both commencing and continuing students, one new scholarship is awarded each year.
