Professor Rachel Ankeny elected Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science

Congratulations Professor Rachel Ankeny, Director our Agrifood Policy Program and Deputy Dean, Research at the Faculty of Arts for her election as Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.

Elected Fellows are awarded for distinguished contributions to STEM-related disciplines, including pioneering research, leadership in a given field, teaching and mentoring, fostering collaborations, and advancing public understanding of science.

Rachel was elected for her contributions to our understanding of the foundational roles that organisms play in biological research and her leadership in history and philosophy of science.
