Career Expo at the University of Adelaide is held annually in March on our North Terrace Campus across two locations, our iconic Bonython Hall and our campus thoroughfare Hub Central. Our event runs across two discipline-specific days to allow for targeted engagement and communication, and employers are invited to attend one or both days of the event. 

Register for the opportunity to connect with University of Adelaide talent. This event is specifically designed to showcase career opportunities, graduate programs, internship or work experience opportunities and related career development services from professional associations. But it is also a fantastic opportunity to build brand awareness and raise your organisation's profile on campus.

Career Expo 2025 will be taking place on 12 and 13 March next year.

Exhibitor registrations are NOW OPEN! To register to attend Career Expo 2025, please visit CareerHub for instructions and a link to the Exhibitor Registration Form. 

Early Bird pricing applies to all registrations submitted by 1 December 2024.

Registrations will close on 31 January 2025, so don't miss out!

  • First Day: Wednesday 12 March 2025

  • Event Time: 10:30am to 3:00pm*
  • Disciplines: Engineering, Computer & Mathematical Sciences, Architecture & Construction, Physical & Biological Sciences, Agricultural, Food & Wine Sciences. 
  • Location: Bonython Hall and Hub Central - North Terrace Campus, The University of Adelaide

     

  • Second Day: Thursday 13 March 2025

  • Event Time: 10:30am to 3:00pm*
  • Disciplines: Business (Accounting, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Innovation, International Business, Marketing, Project Management, Wine Business), Economics & Public Policy, Law**, Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences, Health & Medical Sciences and Psychology.
  • Location: Bonython Hall - North Terrace Campus, The University of Adelaide

*Quiet 30, which is an exclusive 30-minute session open to students with a disability or medical condition, and may have sensory, mobility or communication challenges, will take place from 10.30am to 11.00am. Quiet 30 is the University's endeavour to ensure that Career Expo is an equitable event, and that employers have the opportunity to meet talent who might not otherwise attend the event.

**Please note that if you are a Legal Practice or are looking to attract students into a Legal Practice role, please contact our team to hear about bespoke events for this cohort instead of registering for Career Expo.

  • Exhibitor booth options & pricing

    Information about exhibitor booth package options and pricing for the event can be found in our Career Expo 2025 Exhibitor Pricing Information guide.

    In the Exhibitor Registration Form, you will be asked to select your attendance day(s) as well as your booth and furniture package options. Your selection will determine your total registration cost for the event. 

    At the time of registration, should you wish to discuss custom options for your booth and how that might affect pricing, please contact the Career Expo Event Team on (08) 8313 5123.

  • I'm a Registered Exhibitor, what do I need to know?

    All registered exhibitors have a nominated Primary Contact for your organisation. Your nominated Primary Contact will receive a full briefing document in February 2025 to share with event attendees. This includes important event details, location information and any other guidelines. 

    If your nominated Primary Contact has changed or has not received an Exhibitor Event Briefing Guide by 1 March 2025, please let our Career Expo Event Team know as soon as possible at (08) 8313 5123 or industry@adelaide.edu.au.
