2026 internship courses 

Looking to enrol in an internship in 2026?

Internships at Adelaide University give you the chance to apply what you've learned in a real workplace, either in person or virtually. You'll gain valuable experience, build confidence and graduate career ready.

You can complete an internship as:

• a core course
• an elective course (available in most undergraduate and postgraduate programs), or
• an extra-curricular work experience activity.

We work with a wide range of organisations — large and small, public and private, not-for-profit and start-ups — to offer meaningful internship opportunities. You'll bring fresh ideas and energy to the workplace while gaining insight into your chosen field.

Find an internship

Internship courses are offered throughout the year in line with the study periods. Available internship opportunities will be advertised via InPlace, Adelaide University's Work Integrated Learning (WIL) management system.

Enrolment

Enrolments for business internship courses close early each study period to allow time for coordinating placements with our industry partners. Key enrolment deadlines will be regularly communicated by the college Work Integrated Learning team.

If you've secured your own internship — through a networking event or another connection — get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can help finalise your paperwork.
