Application outcomes
How will I receive an outcome?
You will be notified by email and your InPlace portal once your application has been assessed. You may be required to provide more information and/or documentation to support your application.
When will I receive an outcome?
We process applications based on placement start date, starting with the earliest. For applications with the same start date, we assess them in order of submission. For those who submit before their placement starts, we aim to process applications prior to placement start but there may be a delay depending on how many applications we are working through. Those who submit after their placement has begun can expect to wait 2 weeks for an outcome.
When will I receive my payment?
To receive payments you must update your bank details on myBankDetails via the Student Portal (LINK:https://apps.adelaide.edu.au/student/myBankDetails). If you do not do this in time, your payment will be delayed.
If you have already completed your placement, you will receive your CPP payment in full. Otherwise you will receive the CPP in fortnightly instalments.
Payments are processed fortnightly on Friday, starting from 16/01/2026.
You will receive your first payment during the first payment run after your placement has begun. For example, if you begun placement on the 16th of March, you will receive your first payment on the 27th of March.
