Arrangements for students with an Access Plan
Students whose disability, medical or mental health condition impacts their participation in standard exam conditions may be eligible for Alternative Exam Arrangements (AEA). The arrangements will vary depending on the nature and impact of the condition and the format of the exam. Arrangements are outlined in the Alternative Exam Arrangements section of an Access Plan. If you believe you require alternative exam arrangements, please contact Access and Inclusion Services
IMPORTANT: For your arrangements to be in place for your final exam, your Access Plan must be finalised* no later than the date specified in the table below relevant to your enrolment study period. It will not be possible to accommodate alternative exam arrangements for the relevant study periods after the deadline. Please book an appointment with an Access and Inclusion Adviser early to ensure that your requirements can be met for the upcoming exam period.
*FINALISATION OF YOUR ACCESS PLAN will only occur after:
- supporting documentation has been provided;
- you have met with an Access and Inclusion Adviser to discuss your requirements; and
- your access plan has been approved
