- Analyse air travel forecasting to determine the most suitable route system and product offering for an airline.
- Evaluate and determine the most suitable aircraft fleet and maintenance, repair & overhaul (MRO), flight scheduling and inventory support needs for an airline.
- Analyse applicable pricing, finance & revenue considerations affecting the viability of an airline.
- Analyse prevailing domestic and regulatory considerations impacting upon airline operations.
- Evaluate and determine historical and current trends including management best practices to determine effective labour relations for an airline.
