Course overview
To develop advanced knowledge and applied skills in modern construction methods, business management, ethics, and professional practice for effective construction management. This course will assist students in obtaining knowledge and skills to apply modern construction methods and effectively manage construction-related businesses through strategic management, marketing, ethical practice, and professional management of business and industrial relations. It will improve students’ professionalism and leadership skills along with communication skills. This course aligns with the program’s intent of providing knowledge to commence professional practice in construction management discipline.
