The course is delivered by the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) appointed facilitators and provides students with advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of the role of a board and the duties and responsibilities of being a director. Assessments are managed by the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). There are three assessments designed to support the course outcomes. Course learning outcomes
