Course overview

The aim of this course is to provide a 15 day internship experience through work-integrated learning activities approved by the course coordinator and aligned with the learner’s discipline or complementary field. Experiences may include, but are not limited to, preapproved in-industry experiences or local and international study tours. Learners will apply their discipline knowledge in a professional context through experience planning, execution and evaluation, and reflective practice, while building workplace readiness and professional capabilities. Selection for some opportunities may be merit-based, considering academic performance and an interview where relevant.

Course learning outcomes
