Course overview
This course aims to equip students with foundational concepts and skills for research in health sciences. Introducing concepts of health and research, this course provides knowledge on research methods, interpretation of research outputs and critical appraisal of literature. Further this course will enhance student’s skill and confidence in oral, written and interpersonal communication equipping student with the capacity to provide and communicate solution and knowledge to others. Expanding students' awareness of future career pathways and understanding the relevance of essential skill development required to achieve career success will be explored. This course aligns with the intent of programs from the biomedical and health sciences field to provide a comprehensive ability to find, interpret and apply research methods, preparing learners for careers across diverse health settings.

- Define key concepts of evidence-based research in biomedical and health sciences
