Course overview
The aim of this course is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles of contract law, including contract formation, interpretation, enforcement, and termination, while developing their ability to apply these principles to practical legal problems. The course also aims to develop students’ capacity to address common commercial issues involving contracts through strategic application of applicable legal principles.
