Entry requirements

Admission criteria

Entry is available ONLY to students who commenced a three-year bachelor degree in 2025 or earlier at The University of Adelaide or University of South Australia.

To be eligible, an applicant must have achieved the following minimum entry requirements and demonstrate they fulfill any prerequisite and essential criteria for admission. In cases where there are more eligible applicants than available places, admission will be competitive with ranks based on the entry criteria.

A bachelor (AQF level 7) degree or equivalent from The University of Adelaide or University of South Australia completed in 2025 or later and demonstrating a high level of academic achievement, normally achieving at least a Credit average throughout their degree; AND

  • Availability of a suitable supervisor or project in the proposed area of research.
