The Professional Certificate in Clinical Education is available to health professionals who supervise students, new graduates, and/or staff within their work roles.

Why Professional Certificate in Clinical Education?

Overview

The purpose of this Professional Certificate is to increase your understanding, skills and expertise in supervising learners in the workplace through applying teaching & learning principles and approaches within the work setting.

The Professional Certificate in Clinical Education consists of two courses. (1) Being a Health Professional and (2) Supervising & Facilitating Learners. Recommended order of completion is course 1 Being a Health Professional followed by course 2 Supervising & Facilitating Learners.

Courses cannot be completed concurrently.

The Professional Certificate in Clinical Education is available to health professionals who supervise students, new graduates, and/or staff within their work roles.

The program is delivered entirely online. It is expected you will have sufficient computing skills to engage in online learning, word processing, and browsing the internet. You will also require reliable access to the internet to access the online learning resources. Participants who complete the Professional Certificate in Clinical Education are encouraged to check if they are eligible for credit when applying for further studies.
