This video will help you to use the new AV Room Controller in common teaching spaces.

AV Room Controller User Guide

Lights

Lighting is not currently managed through the AV room controller. Please locate and use the room light switches. 

Volume

The volume is automatically adjusted and balanced, but can be overridden by the volume control of the connected device (i.e. installed PC or laptop).

Projector Screen / Whiteboard

If the whiteboard is obscured by the projector screen, press the On/Off button on the AV room controller to retract the screen, noting that audio and the connected device will still be available.
