How to find self help guides in MyIT

Use the search bar

At the top of the MyIT page, you will see a search bar which you can use to search for the guide(s) you are looking for e.g. email or VPN.

Browse the knowledgebase

By clicking the Knowledge icon, you can access the full knowledgebase of self help content. See top rated and most viewed articles, as well as articles across categories such as:
