Magali Anderson, Chief Sustainability and Innovation Officer at Holcim, Switzerland is responsible for making sustainability the core of Holcim’s innovation pipeline, as well as company strategy and decision-making.

Holcim is a global construction company, and one of the largest integrated suppliers and manufacturers of building materials and solutions. The company is dedicated to being a leader in green building solutions and the circular economy, with an aim to recycle 75 million tons of materials across their business, including 10 million tons of construction and demolition waste by 2025.

It is among the first companies worldwide to have its near and long term CO2 targets validated by the Science Based Targets initiative for all scopes, setting the reference for the construction industry.
