Protocols for inquiries from Australian Human Rights Commission

Under recent legislative changes, the Australian Human Rights Commission has increased powers to inquire into systemic unlawful discrimination or compliance with the positive duty in relation to sex discrimination.

The Legal Services Branch has prepared and published on their website the Internal Protocols for inquiries received from the Australian Human Rights Commission.
