Academic Integrity Skills

Your responsibilities

Academic integrity means understanding what's expected of you, developing the skills to meet those expectations, and recognising different types of academic misconduct. We support you through peer-led programs, workshops, events and educational resources.

The Academic Integrity Essentials course helps you understand the Academic Integrity Policy and build the skills and confidence you'll need to succeed in your assignments.

If you're a commencing student, you must complete the course before your first assessment.

The Academic Integrity Ambassador Program is a student leadership program that promotes a culture of academic integrity at the university.

Ambassadors act as role models and student voices by:

  • leading workshops, events and panels
  • visiting courses and running pop-up events on campus and online
  • contributing to social media, marketing and educational resources.

2026 schedule of workshops and events coming soon.

Familiarise yourself with the Adelaide University Academic Integrity Policy. It's an important part of your responsibilities.

You can also see a Learning Adviser to discuss any questions about maintaining academic integrity throughout your studies.
