MyAdelaide release 5 –  September 2022

The latest MyAdelaide release introduces:

  • Semester enrolment letters for students – this functionality allows eligible current students to generate and download enrolment letters for Semester 1 and 2. Students can already access enrolment letters for the academic year in MyAdelaide. Current students that are unable to obtain an enrolment letter in MyAdelaide should contact Ask Adelaide to submit a letter request.
  • Academic reports for staff – faculty staff will be able to access and download academic reports in MyAdelaide. This functionality is currently available in Access Adelaide, so a familiar but a welcome addition to MyAdelaide.

MyAdelaide allows students to:

  • View exam timetables, class timetables (weekly view and next 5 classes) and academic results - including Grade Point Average (GPA) and transcripts.
  • Access information about what they are studying and research candidature.
  • Update their details and emergency contacts details, and expected program completion semester
  • Generate and print enrolment letter for Centrelink, provided they don’t have a Negative Service Indicator (NSI). For students with an NSI, this button is deactivated
  • Access Student Finances: invoices, account balance and summary information, account payments, tax file number, CHESSN and USI
  • Submit and manage graduation applications

MyAdelaide allows staff to:

  • Access and download academic reports

More features are in development, including: 

  • Electronic Commonwealth Assistance Forms (eCAF) for SA-HELP, FEE-HELP, CSP and HECS-HELP
  • Enrolments
