PhD internship opportunities with the Department of Education

Applications are now open for the Department of Education's PhD Researcher Internship Program. Successful candidates will extend their research translation skills by working at the Department on the implementation of Australia’s Economic Accelerator.

This program will suit early career researchers looking to take a short break from their research to extend and diversify their expertise, as well as current PhD students wanting to gain additional experience. Participants will refine and build on their knowledge and skills by gaining invaluable insights to research commercialisation and Australia’s future commercialisation needs.

The internships will run for 3-6 months and can be undertaken part-time. The scheme is open to Australian citizens, who will receive a salary from the Department during the internship.
