(b) to protect and enhance Australia’s reputation for quality education and training services; and
(c) to complement Australia’s migration laws by ensuring providers collect and report information relevant to the administration of the law relating to student visas.

National Code 2018

The National Code applies to all providers of education and training courses registered under the ESOS Act and their agents.

Part B of the Code sets out 11 standards to ensure registered providers can understand and comply with their obligations.
