ADEPT: Reflective Practice

This ADEPT session will explore ways educators can implement or improve their reflective practice to evaluate and enhance their teaching. 

Methods for collecting relevant evidence for promotion and teaching award applications will be discussed. Participants will also have the opportunity to share their experiences and collaborate with colleagues from across the university.

At the end of this session, you will be able to: 

  • Identify, evaluate and use strategies for effective reflection on professional practice
  • Critically analyse own practices to ensure reflection supports development of learning environments (or support of learning).
