The University of Adelaide's annual awards program provides an opportunity to celebrate the innovative and sustained ways that both academic and professional staff engage students to learn.
The University recognises the importance of both internal and external learning and teaching awards.
Celebration of Learning and Teaching
Join us as we celebrate learning and teaching excellence through the sharing of ideas and the recognition of success!
This event will recognise excellence in learning and teaching through the presentation of awards and also acknowledge the valuable contribution and achievements of learning and teaching leaders and champions. Staff along with their family, friends and colleagues are invited to attend. Come along, support your colleagues and celebrate.

Faculty Learning and Teaching Awards
In addition to the central University awards program, each faculty offers their own awards for learning and teaching.
Australian Awards for University Teaching
The Australian Awards for University Teaching (AAUT) were established in 1997 by the Australian Government to celebrate and reward excellence in university teaching. Since then, the Awards have become a valued form of recognition for university educators Australia wide.
STEMM Educator of the year
Offered by the Department for Industry, Innovation and Science, the STEMM Educator of the Year Award recognises effective teachers who are critical to successful STEMM education.
Tony McMurtrie Practitioner Award for Academic Integrity
This annual award is presented to a member of University of Adelaide staff (academic or professional) who exemplifies the values of academic integrity: honesty, trust, fairness, respect, responsibility, and courage, in their application of the Academic Integrity Policy through either education and/or implementation.
