Being on a student budget is something many of us are familiar with. We also recognise how important movement is for your health and wellbeing.
This free program is intended for University of Adelaide students who have limited or no experience in group fitness classes. You can attend as many sessions as you like over the 8-week period and stay afterwards for a free coffee with your new classmates.
"Come and Try" Pilates, Boxing, Yoga, Zumba, Weights and more in this 8-week drop-in program designed to help you improve your health and wellbeing, make new friends and get active.
- When: classes are generally scheduled on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, at varying times throughout July to September.
- Where: they will all be held at the Fitness Hub on North Terrace. Keep an eye out for our Student Wellbeing staff member who will help guide you to the right location.
All sessions are absolutely free! If you are interested, once the session finishes, we will meet downstairs at Uni bar to mingle and enjoy a free coffee or tea.
