Celebrate World Mental Health Day

Celebrating resilience strategies for mental health on World Mental Health Day. Start the day with a FREE yoga flow and coffee from 9 -10am and then join us from 11am - 3pm for FREE food, yarning, crafts, mindfulness sessions, sensory zones, thrifting, gardening, giveaways, and music on 10 October on the Barr Smith Lawns! You can also bring your bike to be engraved by SAPOL and avoid worry of theft! 

 

There are free events throughout Mental Health Awareness Month across all campuses to help you look after your wellbeing.
