WIL engagement and impact among coursework postgraduates

This seminar will explore how postgraduates in coursework degrees are engaging in different types of WIL, and the impact WIL has on their employability and employment outcomes. Drawing on data collected from the WIL Australia items in the Graduate Outcomes Survey (2020 to 2023), the session will provide breakdowns on WIL participation by student group and discipline. It will also discuss how different WIL activities are related to postgraduates’ perceptions of their own employability and how activities impact on transition to employment.
