Lunchtime event with the Discovery Learning CoP

If you would like to learn about some really amazing ways to use Discovery Learning in your classroom this 1 hour session is for you!

Hear from Dr Emma Muhlack who is trying out a new way to teach her students about the epidemiology of drug use where they will use mind-mapping to integrate multiple information sources to create new knowledge to them about drug different drug families.

Jo Perry from the Adelaide Nursing School will share how she is currently using Escape Rooms to help students discover ways to recall and apply the knowledge presented to them throughout their program to solve important problems in all areas of nursing.

Hosted by the Discovery Learning Community of Practice, there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and chat with colleagues who routinely make use of discovery learning as a teaching tool.
