2022 Celebration of Learning and Teaching

Join your colleagues for a celebration of why we are here: enhancing learning though teaching and the support of learning.

This event will recognise excellence in learning and teaching through the presentation of the

• Stephen Cole the Elder Awards for Excellence
• Commendations for the Enhancement and Innovation of Student Learning
• Vice-Chancellor and President's Award for Excellence

Recipients will be presented with their award by Professor Peter Høj AC, Vice-Chancellor and President.

Along with the contribution and achievements of learning and teaching leaders and champions

• Adelaide College of Reviewers
• Communities of Practice facilitators
• Advance HE Fellows

Those attending will have the opportunity to hear about an exciting learning and teaching initiative where students engage with a real-life and authentic industrial application through a micro-brewing venture. This year we are excited to include an inspirational presentation of practice by Dr Philip Van Eyk (School of Chemical Engineering and Advanced Materials). Dr Van Eyk will share his approach to enabling students to connect theory to practice and you will be invited to share in the results!
