Fostering recursive writing transfer through Work-Integrated Learning
Bridge the gap between workplace writing and WIL with Writing across Professions (WAP).
Join us to explore how Writing across Professions (WAP) can enhance writing in your work-integrated learning (WIL) contexts. In this interactive live session, you will hear from five international scholars who have been exploring this space since 2019.
This data-driven workshop will offer guidelines based on international research, empowering educators, industry partners, and students to navigate the communicative practices of diverse WIL contexts. Discover the pillars, tenets, and design elements of WAP to enhance writing knowledge and practices. With scaffolded redesigning, improve WIL preparation, documentation, reflection, and assessment while fostering recursive writing transfer between WIL workplaces and university courses.
