In this research conversation, Dr Michael Healy will summarise the key insights gained from his research into careers and employability learning in higher education. In particular, he will explore the relationships, or lack of, between graduate employability, work-integrated learning, and career development, in scholarship and professional practice. Michael will share his curricular vision of a more integrated approach to careers and employability learning.
