The Student Health & Wellbeing team are excited to be hosting this event in partnership with batyr and their incredible panel of lived experience facilitators. They will talk about their 5 tips to look after yourself and your friends, and how reaching out for help can make your uni experience richer, less stressful, and set you up for the future.

You’ll hear a personal story from the panel about how they navigated their mental ill-health and re-built their mental wellbeing through resilience and the support of others.

Food will be provided and some fantastic prizes are up for grabs to help contribute to your wellbeing.
