- Dr Popi Sotiriadou - Griffith University Presenter
The Adelaide Education Academy invites you to a special lunchtime event in November.
Presented by Associate Professor Popi Sotiriadou from Griffith University, the event will focus on the theme: The role of authentic assessment to preserve academic integrity and promote skill development and employability.
In this interactive session Popi will share her experience with Danielle Logan-Fleming in designing and delivering scaffolded authentic assessment, including Interactive Orals in a number of courses over the past 5 years, before engaging in a Q & A discussion.
Their successful work on interactive oral assessments was recognised in 2021 by the Universities Australia: Australian Awards for University Teaching with a Citation for Outstanding Contributions to Student Learning.
Popi will be joining us via Zoom. You can attend in person with lunch provided, or via Zoom.
