About this Masterclass

Developed in partnership with Australian academic integrity experts, this Masterclass will strengthen your knowledge of academic integrity issues and develop your skills to prevent and investigate instances of contract cheating (where students outsource their cheating to a third party).

This Masterclass is self-directed, self-paced and only accessible to academics or professional staff with an Australian higher education provider email address.

To further support you, in-person workshops will be held across Australia for participants who complete the Masterclass. These workshops will enable you to further explore the topics and exchange knowledge and best practice with peers from across the sector.

The Masterclass builds on TEQSA’s partnership approach with the sector to address the integrity risk posed by commercial academic cheating and adds to suite of co-developed resources such as the Academic Integrity Toolkit.

In-person workshops

Once you’ve enrolled in the masterclass, you’ll receive an email inviting you to attend an in-person workshop.

We will send you this email about 8 weeks prior to the workshop in your nearest state or territory capital.

Workshop places are limited. Participants are expected to have completed the Masterclass to gain the most benefit from the workshop.

Thursday 8 June: Adelaide

Depending on demand, we may schedule additional workshops in 2024.
